Möller-Wedel's products serve the restauration and conservation of human health. Therefore the company places special value on quality, safety, and usability of its products. The affinity to human health is also an obligation for Möller-Wedel to ensure environmental compatibility of its products and the conservation of natural resources during the manufacturing processes.

Möller-Wedel works according to a quality und environmental management system  in conformance with the following standards:

• ISO 13485:2003                   Quality Management of Medical Products
• DIN EN ISO 14001:2004     Environmental Management

The quality and environmental management system has been certified by TÜV Product Service GmbH, Munich, Germany.

In order to achieve lasting success, the company has to serve a meaningful purpose in our society by creating products which fulfil the expectations of the customers.

Therefore it is the first duty of all departments to ensure the intended purpose and specified properties of the products. This is especially relevant since the company, manufacturing almost exclusively medical devices, has a particular obligation regarding reliability and safety.

The obligation for safety and health leads to a special responsibility regarding the environmental compatibility of our products and work processes. Besides the obvious requirement to protect humans and the biosphere from harmful materials as much as possible, we take special care to create long-lasting products and to use recyclable materials. Thus we support the development of our country towards a clean and healthy environment. 

It is the duty of all managers to enhance the awareness for quality and environmental protection in the company. Personal guidance and leadership towards quality oriented workmanship and conservation of resources and materials are asked to strengthen the employees' acceptance of responsibility and their continuous search for improvements. It is especially of importance for us to follow the current laws and regulations. In addition, we work towards improvement of the environmental protection in our buildings and on our premises  as much as economically reasonable.
